What you need is Fresh Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Some Ice, OrangeJuice & (fat free) Yogurt

What you need is Fresh Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Some Ice, OrangeJuice & (fat free) Yogurt
- Cut the Strawberries & Bananas into small pieces
- Pour a cup full of OJ into the blender
- Next add Yogurt to the mix
- Put the Fresh Fruit in to the blender
- To make sure the smoothies add plenty of Ice into the blender
- Turn on the blender.
- Pour the contents in to a Glass Or Plastic cup
- Cut a Strawberry half way down the middle
- Put the Strawberry on the side of the cup
- Put a colorful straw into the cup
- Enjoy
